Please Read Before Booking Booking an appointment through our website is FREE. No payment is required online when you schedule your appointment. All services, parts, labor, diagnostics, and repairs are priced separately and will be discussed with you at the shop before work is performed. Payment for services is made in person at The C.A.R. Shop. Please note: The appointment time you select online is a scheduled arrival/service time and does not represent the total amount of time your vehicle will be at the shop. The actual time needed for your vehicle will depend on the service, inspection, diagnosis, parts availability, and any additional work that may be recommended. When you arrive, our team will evaluate your vehicle and provide you with the appropriate service information and pricing before additional work is performed. If you are booking a diagnostic, inspection, or general service appointment, please provide as much information as possible about your vehicle and the concern you are experiencing. Your appointment reserves a time for our team to assist you — it does not guarantee that repairs will be completed during the scheduled appointment time.
